Successful cross-cultural assignments can increase the corporations international reputation and profits. While organizations may perceive transportation as an attractive rule for accumulating foreign markets, they face the challenges of selection, management of the most appropriate individuals. The international emotional state of human resources has generated the development of enquiry which targets the adjustment of drive outs in the overseas cultures. However, previous research have been developed, designed and conducted mostly for the claim of other expatriates who are preparing for international assignments. Information on Chinese who are preparing for American assignments was rare and needed. This study investigated Taiwanese pecuniary institutio n expatriates in the United States. Thus, the factors contributing to the successful exile experience were significant to MNCs.
